Od sastojaka vam je potrebno 50 g kakaa, 150 g pirinčanog brašna, 4 zrele banane, oko 60 g putera, malo kokosovog ili javorovog sirupa. Za ganache malo pirinčanog ili kokosovog mleka, 2,3 kašičice kakaa i jedna kašičica kokosovog ulja.

Priprema se na sledeći način: Otopite puter i pomešate ga sa kakaom, pa dodate sirup po ukusu, ispasirane banane i brašno * Sve dobro izmešate, pa sipate u manji kalup u koji ste prethodno stavili papir za pečenje * Peče se u rerni 20ak minuta na 180 stepeni * Kada se kolač ohladi prelijete ga sa malo mleka skuvanog sa kakaom i kokosovim uljem na tihoj vatri *
U originalni recept idu 2 jaja i prašak za pecivo, koje ne koristim, vi ukoliko želite možete ih dodati *
