U izvođenju Džejmi Olivera ovo je pečeni odrezak, ratatuj i pirinač sa šafranom, brzo jelo za 15 minuta. U mom izvođenju ovo je grilovana teletina, ratatuj i pirinač i priprema traje oko sat vremena.

Ratatuj:

1 tikvica
1 plavi patlidžan
2 paprike različitih boja
3,4 čena belog luka
malo soka od paradajza

Pirinač:

1 šoljica integralnog pirinča
pola limuna

Teletina:

400 grama telećeg buta
maslinovo ulje
pola veze peršuna
pola limuna

Priprema:

Tikvicu isecite po dužini, patližan na 1 cm debele kriške, stavite ih u gril tiganj i prepecite na maslinovom ulju * U manju šerpu stavite pirinač, s pola limuna i malo soli da se skuva * Paprike očistiti, krupno ih iseckati i staviti s izgnječenim belim lukom da se kuvaju u drugoj šerpici

Tikvice i patlidžane izvaditi iz gril tiganja, krupno iseckati na dasci i ubaciti u šerpicu sa paprikama i dodati malo soka od paradajza * Teletinu natrljati solju i maslinovim uljem pa staviti na gril tiganj

Na dasci sitno naseckajte peršun, dodajte im maslinovo ulje i limun, pa sve razmažite po dasci * Pečenu teletinu položite na dasku i uvaljajte u preliv * Ratatuj začinite po ukusu * Poslužite
